Last year I wrote about and documented the weed problem. It seems this year is no different. Elite Management claims to have hired a new landscaping company, Yardnique. Well, if this year is any indications, they just suck!
Everwhere you look in and around the common areas of the community, weeds are springing up everywhere. Some neighbors have even declared that some of the weeds are taller than their dog! Last year we were told there would be an increase in our dues due to increased costs. Ok so our dues went up, but we’re still not receiving the services that were promised. If you take a cruise through neighboring communities, they seem to have things together and tidy, but they are also not managed by Elite Professionals. If neighboring communities can get their weeds under control (and keep them under control), why are things different here in Bridgeberry? Take a look: (pictures worth thousands of words)
