A Great Way To Add Value To Your Home
I wanted to put this out there… I noticed some folks have done professional exterior uplighting on their homes. It really amps up the appeal and look of your home after sunset. As more owners consider making the investment as well, it also helps to improve our entire neighborhood’s evening curb appeal. After all, we live in beautiful homes – what better way to show that off? It really matters, and when people drive by/through our ‘Hood, it makes a difference in the way our neighborhood looks to those who wished they lived here.
My point in writing this, is that I have seen how others have had professional lighting installed, and I was blown away by how awesome it looks, that we also made the investment and did it to our home. I know we have also received many compliments on how our home looks at night as well. The truth is, only a small percentage of owners in our neighborhood have done this improvement, and I’d love to see more of my neighbors follow suit and make the investment in their home’s night-time curb appeal as well. I hope that our neighbors throughout the community consider setting aside some funds to do this.
