Welcome to the Bridgeberry Owner’s Chronicle. This site is an independent place for owners to share information, and tell various stories. You can publish just about any story you like, that you believe would be of value to your fellow neighbors. The purpose of this site is not to replace the Facebook Group, but to augment the depth of content for things that are more than a quick question/item. You are encouraged to use the FB Group (if you’re on Facebook), or if you have material you want to share that is beyond what is typically a quick mention/question, and more of a longer publication, then this may be a better venue. Topics can include but are not limited to:
- Events of interest – upcoming and past
- Dealings with the HOA/Taylor Morrison – Strength in numbers by sharing your story
- Information that you’d like to share with other residents (hobbies, local sports, backyard BBQs, etc)
- Have a favorite contractor? Tell us about them, your project, and why you recommend them
- Issue with your house? Let your neighbors know – maybe you’re not alone
- Find a local secret? Share it here!
This publication is an “opt-in” publishing tool for Bridgeberry of Holly Springs homeowners only. To prevent spam, open registration is turned off, so we can be sure that publishers are actual residents of the neighborhood. Proof of residency can be a simple picture of the address portion of a utility bill showing your name and address.
