We are impacted by the breaker panel recall – RE: “QOTM Plug-On Neutral Load Center”
I called Schneider Electric in this regard @ 888-778-2733 and option 8:
1. They created an account for me
2. They asked for some information- product code, other numbers located inside my breaker box which I provided
3. They then confirmed I was impacted and created a work order
Next step: a local contractor will reach out for inspection and possible fix.
